Display coming up with vertical white/coloured lines, flickering white line or black screen intermittently when turning on?

Please download and extract the file below required to resolve issue where display powers up with vertical white/coloured lines, flickering white line at top of display or black screen. To install simply extract, right click RunThisAsAdmin.bat, left click run as administrator and follow prompts.
